Assigning quizzes, courses and tests

You can assign a quiz to a user account so that they can securely access your content.

FlexiQuiz user accounts need to be part of your main account with the username displayed on your user dashboard. Users can have a FlexiQuiz Administrator, Trainer or Respondent account.

Once the quiz is assigned and published, it shows on the user’s dashboard so they can access it straight away.

There are several ways you can assign quizzes to user accounts, such as:

  • Assigning multiple users to a quiz from the publish screen
  • Sharing a test with a user from their profile page
  • Bulk uploading multiple users on an excel spreadsheet
  • Assigning an online test to a group

Key benefits of assigning quizzes to user accounts are:

  • If the quiz taker loses their internet connection, their answers are saved, and they can log back in to complete the test
  • Quick and easy to manage regular testing
  • Keeps your content secure by requiring users to log in with a unique username and password
  • Allows you to share a course or bundle of learning materials

Top tip! If you don’t want to create user accounts for your learners you can share quizzes with a quiz link or email invitation. Learn more about other ways to share your quizzes.
